Hey there again.
I hope you all had a good Halloween. I always enjoy going through all of my favorite horror media once a year -- although I'll admit, I was eager to try some other things that I denied myself because they weren't "in the spirit of the season." Now that Halloween has come and gone, I'm reintroducing some variety to my life.
Digimon continue to play a large role in my recreational activities, especially as I slowly but surely continue my playthrough of Digimon World on the PS1. I enjoy training a Digimon from infancy to Champion, but twice now I've managed to waste my limited time with my Champion and make very little story progress. Quite frustrating! My current 'mon evolved into something I didn't want, so I think I'll spend the rest of its life fighting wild Digimon to try and learn some more battle techniques. It's worth a shot anyhow.
I've also been enjoying another playthrough of Yugioh: Forbidden Memories for the PS1. The grind for good cards is long and arduous, but the fusion mechanics are so fun and the music is so enjoyable even after listening to the same Free Play duel music on a loop for hours. Beating it for the first time this year was a dream come true -- it felt great to get revenge against the game that had beaten me mercilessly as a child. At any rate, I'm having more fun with it than I've had with Master Duel lately.
Anywho, that's it for now. I might have another update up around Turkey Day. Have a good one.
